lyrics

I feel as though I have been searching for days.
All my physical ailments from my life before coming to this… place… have left me.
In their place now, all I feel is doubt.

It seems very likely to me now that Xelvellol has misguided me…
Brought me here as some kind of punishment… or torture.
Looking back, I never should have left Father that night.
I wish I could just turn everything back to the way it was.

I knew this was all too good to be true.
I was no longer me when that damned book started talking to me.

I imagined death so much it seemed more like a memory,
but how I wish now that it was my reality.

I have no idea where I am, I have no idea what to do at this point.
Everything around me seems so alien.

What?
What is that, through the trees?
Is that… is that a person?
Multiple… multiple people.
They’re dressed like Xelvellol,
and it seems like they see me.
Someone…different…
someone different is with them.
Oh my…
Oh my god…
It can’t be.

The pinnacle of my life unfurls.
Everything has built to this moment.
They stand before me,
waiting for my approach.

She removes her hood and meets my eyes,
my mother, my giver of life.
With tears in our eyes, and fullness in hearts…
Reunited, Le Fils et La Mère.
